Domaine Laurent Cognard - Mercurey "Les Ormeaux"

A clear, dense ruby robe with purple relects is combined with an elegant and complex nose of blackberries, violets and spices. This wine has a nice structure and a long lasting taste thanks to the minerality of the terroir. A very interesting Burgundy to pair with meat that will fully express itself after decanting.
