A very deep intense black robe is combined with a complex nose of red fruits, spices, liquorices and forest. The mouth is full and persistant. Tannins are silky and round. 18-24 months of ageing in barrel fives the wine a long aging potential. Arguably, Bandol produces some of the best Mourvedre in the world and Domaine de l'Olivette is one of the best of its appellation. A must try for all wines amateurs. Best served around 18C for aromatic expression with meats, venaisons and cheeses.
